This free collection is my humble attempt to pay tribute to old school hip hop, which I have loved since I was a teenager. More specifically, it's a tribute to - and features the talents of - a few of the many rappers, whose records I would buy back in the day when I could afford it and copies found their way to Copenhagen import shops. Many of those records came with acappellas included, something which I have always treasured, and for these tracks, I have lifted some of these legendary flows directly from my battered vinyl copies and tried to place them in a new musical context. Many of the records have been in my collection for decades and I've played them to death, hence the hiss and crackle on some of the tracks - I like to believe it only adds to the history of these immortal raps. And I hope you'll enjoy listening to them as much as I did creating them.
